Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items (if marked as final sale)

  • Customized or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@arkar.in with your order number and reason for return. 

  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund. You will receive a notification via email once your return has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Denials

If your return is not approved due to not meeting the eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email. You will have the option to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@arkar.in with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
